Talland House

Each of the three bedrooms at Talland House comes with an en suite bathroom and individual radiator for temperature control. The kitchen at Talland House is fully equipped with every necessary utensil, a separate fridge and freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A private entrance, cosy fireplace, and TV are also provided. The property is non-smoking throughout and includes smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. An excellent food store and the Blue Peter pub are located near the cottage for dining options. Polperro Beach is a 2-minute walk away, and coastal walks to Fowey and Looe start from the property. Restormel Castle and Cotehele House are 17 km and 36 km away respectively. Parking is available at Elm Cottage at the top of the hill, with a luggage transfer service (£15) via quad or trike bikes to transport luggage. The garden provides a space for relaxation.
